Welcome to toska. By using this app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use toska.

1. What toska is

toska is an anonymous platform for expressing feelings you haven't said out loud. You can post, reply, and connect with others going through similar things. All posts are anonymous by default.

2. Who can use toska

You must be at least 17 years old to use toska. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, change your password immediately.

4. What you can post

toska is a space for honest, emotional expression. You can share your feelings freely, but you may not:

• Post content that targets, harasses, or threatens a specific person
• Share someone else's personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, social media handles)
• Post sexually explicit content or content involving minors
• Use toska to promote violence, self-harm instructions, or illegal activity
• Spam, advertise, or use bots
• Impersonate another person or create misleading content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior on toska. Content that violates these rules and the users who post it are not welcome. We review every report we receive and act on violations within 24 hours — removing the content, warning the user, or terminating the account.

5. Anonymity and privacy

toska is designed to be anonymous. Your posts appear under a randomly generated handle, not your real name. However, anonymity is not a license to harm others. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement if required by law.

6. Mental health disclaimer

toska is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741). toska may surface these resources in-app, but we are not a crisis service.

7. Your content

You own what you write. By posting on toska, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and share your content within the app and for promotional purposes (such as shareable post cards). You can delete your content at any time.

8. Reporting and blocking

You can report posts, replies, and users that violate these terms. You can block users to prevent them from seeing your content or being seen by you. We review reports and take action at our discretion.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, posts, and personal data. Some data may persist in backups for up to 90 days.

10. Availability

We do our best to keep toska running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

toska is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or reliable.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SALTE DEVELOPMENT LLC and its officers, members, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to toska is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (for most users, this is zero).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SALTE DEVELOPMENT LLC harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you post, your use of toska, or your violation of these terms or of any law or the rights of another person.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SALTE DEVELOPMENT LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims court will be brought in the courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding toska.

17. Apple and app stores

You acquire toska through the Apple App Store. Your license to use the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
